Ingredients:

-2 pounds medium or large shrimp. Wash, and peeled.
-3 1/2 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
-1 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic.
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup lemon juice
-1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper or to taste
-crushed red pepper flakes or to taste

Directions:

1. Prepare a large bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and black pepper, stir them together.
2. Add crushed red pepper, put shrimp, and toss to coat. Marinated in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
